A few quick updates and reminders as we head into an exciting week at Butler! Please see below for details on upcoming events, celebrations, and important information.
Attendance & Arrival Update ⏰
A huge thank you to our families for doing an incredible job getting our Broncos to school each day and keeping them healthy! Almost every single day, we are exceeding our schoolwide attendance goal of 97%. While our overall attendance is fantastic, we are currently struggling with tardies and students arriving after 8:05 AM. As a reminder, while our official tardy bell is at 8:10 AM, our expectation is that ALL Broncos are inside their classrooms by 8:05 AM. Arriving by 8:05 ensures our students can take their first Small Steps of responsibility and start their day calm, settled, and ready for success!
Bonus Long Weekend & Daylight Saving Time! ⏰🍂
-Don't forget! Our Broncos get a 4-day + 1-hour weekend coming up!
-Extra Hour: Standard Time begins this weekend, so remember to "fall back" one hour on Sunday!
-No School: Students have a 4-day weekend with no school next Monday, November 2, and Tuesday, November 3. Enjoy the extra rest and family time!

Storybook Pumpkins Drop-Off & Pick-Up 🎃📖
-Our creative Broncos can drop off their Storybook Pumpkins in the library starting tomorrow morning, Monday, October 26. Please check your email or AISD App for the flyer and complete details.
-Pick-Up: Pumpkins must be taken home on Friday, October 30.
-Note: Any remaining pumpkins left after Friday will be thrown away, so please make sure your child takes theirs home before the weekend!

A huge THANK YOU to our Butler families for helping raise more than $75,000 through our APEX Fundraiser! Our Broncos had an amazing time at the obstacle course yesterday, and we appreciate everyone who came out to support the event.
The donation page will remain open through midnight on Sunday, so there is still time for your Bronco to earn prizes. Any additional prizes earned will be delivered next week.
A full bulletin will be sent out soon, but we want to make sure you are aware of several special events happening next week:
