Students
wishing to participate in programs not available on their home campuses,
or who want to attend another district school may apply for a transfer.
New
transfers will be received at the administration office of the
Director of Student Affairs.
Renewal transfers will be handled at the school receiving
the transfer student. Schools should provide adequate notification
to parents regarding renewal dates. (Failure to renew a transfer
by April 1 may result in assignment to home campus, loss
of place or a $30.00 late charge).
Non-program transfer requests are not accepted from April 1 - August 27 to allow
for adequate staffing.
You may be placed on a waiting list at the Office of Student Affairs (682-867-7217).
The waiting list is maintained from April 1st through August 1st, if schools are open for transfers!
Transfer
requests will be approved if space is available:
K - 4th -- Average 19 students per class
5th -- Average 24 students per class
6th -- Average 27 students per class
Certain schools are closed to transfers by numbers. |
