Academics

Arlington ISD offers an array of academic programs to help your child excel.
14 specialized programs, advanced courses like AP and IB, special education and much more are offered.

Fine Arts

Diverse program options (i.e. band, choir, visual arts, photography, etc.).
"Best Communities for Music Education" Award for 15 years running.
Continually offered kindergarten through 12th grade.
Everything including uniforms and instruments are 100% free to each student!

Athletics

Unique to the Arlington ISD, many athletics options start in the 7th grade - and some are taught by high school coaches.
If your child loves the spirit of competition, they will thrive in any of Arlington ISD's athletics programs.

Specialized Programs

Unique programs focused on world languages, fine arts and dual language, STEM and leadership development start in kindergarten.
Two early college high schools, four P-TECH options and one high school STEM Academy allow students to earn up to 60 hours of FREE college credit beginning in ninth grade.

Prior to the first day of class visit our Family Support Page for a variety of practical day-to-day resources (i.e. bus schedules, lunches, etc.).

Step 3 (Optional)

Check eligibility windows to apply for a Student Transfer or Specialized Program. We will guide you by email every step of the way once your application is complete.
